Immerse yourself in a peaceful soundscape designed to bring our community together. As live crystal singing bowls wash over you, allow your senses to restore and your nervous system to soften. It’s the perfect retreat for balance, reflection, and shared healing.

➕ Optional: Add Ear Seeds before or after class for just $20. These tiny seeds are placed on specific points on the ear to stimulate healing and promote relaxation through acupressure.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or towel to lie on
A small blanket, pillow, or eye mask for extra comfort
Chairs are available (priority for those with mobility needs)
