About Me

I am a Navajo woman and an acupuncturist who blends Navajo traditions with Eastern medicine to support the body’s natural healing process. My culture is rooted in strength, balance, and deep respect for the natural world, and I carry those values into every treatment. The energy and blessings of my heritage guide the way I care for each person who comes to see me.

I welcome patients from all walks of life. My focus is to understand the root causes of discomfort, imbalance, or pain and help untangle the layers that keep you from living well. Many people push through their struggles quietly; my goal is to help you recognize your health as the sacred gift it is and reconnect with the natural rhythm of your body and spirit.

During your treatments, you can expect a practitioner who listens deeply and advocates for your well‑being. I integrate Western medicine, Eastern medicine, and the grounding presence of my Navajo spirit to create a balanced, supportive healing experience. Wellness is not one‑size‑fits‑all—your care is shaped around your unique needs and your connection to your own roots

I hold a special place in my heart for seniors. I have great respect for my elders and am committed to supporting their comfort, mobility, and quality of life. Medications can become overwhelming, so I help patients understand how prescriptions, herbs, and supplements can work together to support overall wellness.

I am also a certified provider of Hospice and Palliative Care Acupuncture. I support individuals and families through tender transitions, offering comfort, steadiness, and presence during moments that can feel emotionally and physically overwhelming. Acupuncture can bring relief, grounding, and peace when it is needed most.

Dear New Patients…

Welcome. Your presence here matters, and so does your story. Every person who walks through my door brings a unique life experience, and I hold deep respect for each one. Many of you arrive seeking support through challenges—whether related to aging, lifestyle shifts, environmental stressors, recovery after childbirth, struggles with substances, chronic conditions, or simply the wear and tear of a life spent caring for others. Whatever brings you here, you’re not alone.

My work begins with listening.Truly listening. Your body, mind, spirit, emotions, and daily thoughts all hold valuable information, and together we can explore what they’re trying to tell you. When you schedule an appointment, you’re taking the first step toward clarity, relief, and renewed connection with yourself. From there, we identify what you want to feel, what you want to change, and what you want to reclaim.

I blend natural healing approaches with training in both Western and Eastern medicine to create a supportive space tailored to you. This isn’t a one‑sided process—it’s a collaboration. Healing can feel overwhelming at times, but when we approach it with curiosity, compassion, and hope, the path forward becomes clearer. We walk it side by side.

Your health journey is personal, and I honor that. Working together doesn’t replace the care of other medical or holistic professionals; instead, it complements and strengthens the community of support around you.

If you feel ready to begin, I invite you to reach out, share your story, and take this next step with me. We’ll navigate your healing journey together.

Kindness & Wellness to you,

Jacy Davis LAc. Dipl.OM,
