Hey! I’m Jacy :)

I have navigated my life by being true to my heart and always having a beloved animal spirit by my side.

Dear New Patients…

I have a great amount of respect for each human life. I am interested in the experience we are all having in this world and I look forward to hearing from you. I take the approach of listening to my patients. Many of you will find your way to me due to health concerns. The aging process has so many accelerators from the way we eat, to how we live daily, environmental exposures, chemical inducers, prescription overload. Recovery from childbirth. Choices that got us mixed up with alcohol, illegal or prescription opioids, sedentary lifestyle, injuries that have hindered us, ailments and diseases that crept into our lives while we worked so hard at providing for ourselves and family.

The road to living with some relief, awareness to your body, mind, and spirit, emotions, and thoughts are the areas I look to help you get access to. How does this get accomplished? It starts with hearing from you. Taking the time to make a virtual appointment with me. Tell me what is happening with your body, mind, spirit and emotions and the daily thoughts you are having. Let's list the ways you want to feel better. I present to you some natural approaches you would like to take. I use my natural gifts in healing along with my education in western medicine and eastern medicine to create a place for you to get the help you need.

This route of healing is a collaboration. The journey through healing can often seem challenging, but as we take a perspective of hope and understanding then we can take steps towards the right direction together. In closing, your health is each an individual route that I take to heart as this is how I relate to all my patients. That may not seem very professional as it is more personal to help my fellow. This collaboration does not alienate any other medical professional or natural practitioner. A supportive community can be aligned or recommended to ensure whole body care.

Kindness & Wellness to you,

About Me

I am a Navajo woman who is acupuncturist, a healer who infuses Navajo traditions and Eastern medicine to help guide the body’s healing along its journey. The Navajo culture is rich in warriors and natural medicine. My spirit carries both and I share my energy and blessings with my patients during treatments.

I work with all the patients who wish to see me and I seek out the root of cause to their distress or disharmony and help them untangled the layers of health issues that hinder their ability to live well and pain free. I know so many suffer from silence and doing what they can. It is a goal to help you see your health as the cherish blessing it is. I help you get in rhythm with nature of your body wellbeing and natural medicine guidance.

You can expect from my treatments a patient practitioner who advocates for your wellbeing. Your treatment will be integrated with western medicine, eastern medicine and the natural blessing of my Navajo spirit. There is a special balance to living this world and knowing your roots and staying in touch with yourself as you grow.

Seniors hold a special place in my heart. I have tremendous respect for my elders and providing relief and care to their special needs as they continue with living the best they can. Prescriptions are often prescribed so easily for any ailments mention so I help you understand your medication. Herbs and prescription medications and vitamin supplementation can be aligned to support optimal wellness.

As life proceeds to the enviable, I am certified provider of Hospice and Palliative Care Acupuncture. I support the family member in need and the whole family to help during these delicate special moments. The end of life has many emotions and thoughts and pain aspects that take away from being present. Allow the acupuncture care to support you during these times.
